These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to any website, mobile or tablet application, or other on-line service or platform ("Services") controlled and operated by Thugg Burgers, a registered Trademark under Zengu LTD ("Thugg Burgers"). By accessing and using the Services, you signify your agreement with these Terms.

Use of the Services

The main purpose of the Services is to provide you with information about Thugg Burgers and to provide information about Thugg Burgers's products and services. You shall use the Services for lawful purposes only. You shall not use the Services to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.

All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and sound files ("Content"), is subject to intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Thugg Burgers. You may not use, reproduce, transmit, or modify the Content without the prior written consent of Thugg Burgers.

Submissions

All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information ("Submissions") that you communicate through the Services will become subject to Thugg Burgers's unlimited use, wherein Thugg Burgers will have a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use the Submissions in any manner and for any purpose.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Thugg Burgers disclaims all warranties as to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Thugg Burgers does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You expressly agree that use of the Services is at your sole risk. Thugg Burgers is not responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of using the Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thugg Burgers, its content providers, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, successors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, and assigns from any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs and/or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Thugg Burgers owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform and any materials published on it. These rights are protected under applicable copyright laws in Nigeria and all such rights are reserved.

Membership and Registration

Our Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years and older and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must not disclose or share it with anyone.

Payment

All payments made on our Platform are processed by a third-party payment processor. Payment for orders can be made through:

• A debit card; or
• Through bank transfers; or
• Through QR codes
• Any other payment methods our payment service partners may provide from time to time.

Restricted Activities

Our Platform must be used only for lawful purposes. You must not use it for any purpose other than for which we made it available, or in a way that breaches the provision of any applicable law or regulation.

Modifications

Thugg Burgers may revise these Terms on occasion and will post the most current version with the Services. By continuing to use or access the Services after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Trademark Ownership

The following trademarks are used and owned by Thugg Burgers, and all rights are hereby reserved: Thugg Burgers, Thugg Burgers logo icon with a cap, Thugg Burgers and Design.

Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by Nigerian law. In the event of a dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, and/or execution of these terms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
